Is the facial box suitable for pregnancy?
Our letterbox bespoke facial can be fully customised to be suitable during pregnancy. Please let us know in the notes at checkout, if you are pregnant.
Which treatment is best for relaxation and improving sleep?
Our Tranquility Body Ritual is designed to promote sleep and deep relaxation. This is a lovely bath and body ritual and includes music designed to help induce deep sleep.
Our Mindful Moments Ritual is also great for those who have interrupted sleep and need to relax. This ritual includes a meditation which is very beneficial for relaxation.
For those whose sleep is effected by the menopause, our Take A Pause Ritual is designed to help with this.
Are your products natural and vegan?
All of our brands are natural products, with the exception of Dermalogica, due to the technology behind its skincare.
We pride ourselves in working with brands who use natural products and all of them are vegetarian. Most are vegan, with the exception of bees wax.
If you would like a box which is 100% vegan, please tell us in the checkout notes and we can customise your box.
None of our brands test on animals and are all free from parabens.
Do you do a facial for teenagers?
Our letterbox bespoke facial can be customised for teen skin as we stock Dermalogica's clear start teen range.
Our facials are not suitable for younger children, however, our kids pedicure is perfect for the younger ones.
I want to buy a bespoke facial as a gift but I don't know anything about my loved ones skin.
No problem, just let us know that you are unsure of their skin type and skin concerns and we can customised their facial based on their age and choose products suitable for all skin types.
Are your products made in England?
We love made in England products and use small independent businesses as much as possible.
The majority of our brands are made in England and many are hand made.
Our bigger brands such as Dermalogica and Comfort Zone have been chosen for their amazing skin and body benefits. Although these brands are not made in England, we love what they do and their ethics. Comfort Zone is a B Corp company.
